Hi Everyone,
I just finished my 30th and final Draw Dinovember post last night! I want to say a quick thank you to everyone who followed along with my Dinovember posts last month and the first week of December. I really appreciate all the feedback and comments I received. Also thanks for being so patient as the posts overlapped into December due to a couple breaks I had to take.
November was a really fun month. CTN went well. I had a great time tabling at the show. So many cool people came by the booth to say hi and check out what I had for sale and on display. Some of the highlights for me were getting to have a booth right next to one of my favorite creature designers
Brynn Methenny. She's also the first artist I saw participating in Draw Dinovember in 2014 and made me want to jump in this year.
Daniel E. De León stopped by with his awesome 1/6th scale 3d printed Velociraptor which is now officially on my Christmas wishlist. I was very excited to See
Terryl Whitlatch, another of my all time favorite creature designers, who was nice enough to sign two copies of her newest creature design books for me. Really so many great people I had the pleasure to meet and talk to. Definitely one of the best CTN experiences I've had to date.
The next few weeks are probably going to get a bit quiet with the holidays coming up and trying to recuperate from the events of the past month.
I've already started to think about what I would like to achieve in the next year. I have a bunch of ideas for projects I'd like to start working on. I think its safe to say there will definitely be more dinos. In addition, I will be getting back into some creature design, so expect a few monsters to pop up here and there, and maybe even some fan art just for fun.
Thanks again, and Happy Holidays everyone!
